I've been doing cat rescue and rehome since I was 10 years old. That's a LONG time ago. There are so many people in your area doing this behind the scenes. Please tell me where you live and I can point you to some one that can help you with domestic animal issues/concerns or someone you can help by volunteering for and/or just making a network with - it's corny but true - it takes a village.
